Issue with the seal on our sliding door - causing a leak!

Our glass sliding door has a seal issue, where water is getting in and pooling in the bottom track area. On really bad days it overflows onto the carpet which is now getting tiled as a result of this. We need someone to identify the cause of the leak and repair it. Our amateur inspections guess it might be something to do with the seal at the bottom somewhere.
