Door sagging fix and enlarge deadlock hole for a new lock

Fixing main door hitting the top door frame, it appears it is not straight. Also a simular issue for a bedroom door, hard to close. Need to enlarge a existing deadlock hole from 50 to 54mm. The hole enlargement has to be precise. Can't afford any mistakes.

Repair and paint windows

My wooden windows are in need of being repainted. There are a few spots of rot, maybe 3-4 places total where the rot might need to be cut out. Other places where some bog etc might be needed. I also think the paint might be lead, so care would need to be taken that the paint dust / chips don’t end up in the soil. One story 110 sqm house, flat easy access. "permanently closed" Door needs repair

Fix doorway and cavity slider

We have a doorway that has been fixed by a past builder who has not done a very good job. We either need to get this fixed, or replaced. Also, we have a cavity slider to a bathroom which appears to have broken in the slider (might just be that the fitting has broken, and need to get that fixed or replaced.
