Water seens to be coming into the house at the top of the window frame which i am presuming is due to the flashing. Dripping from the top of the inside casement onto the window ledge. Noticed it for the fist time after the sourtherly gales on Friday. Property is a 1940s weathboard with original window frames (although we had retrofit timber double glazing done last year.
