Shower Leak

Hi About six weeks ago I purchased a house and have since found out that the tiles in my shower leak, wetting the carpet outside the bathroom door. Did a test whereby I blocked the drain and fulled the tile area with water, and it was not long until the carpet got wet. Then tried applying grout sealer, which reduced the leaking but the water was still getting through. Would really appreciate a prompt fix. Thanks Nathan

Increase cutout on stone benchtop

Hi I want to change my old gas hob to electric but found that the cutout for the hob is slightly too small (475mm) and will need to be increased to accommodate a new hob (at least 480mm). The benchtop is stone. I don't know what type but when I bought the house, description said granite. Is it possible to increase the cutout? Half of house light switches not working

WE have removed a wall in the house that had a light switch. The light switches was for the dining room light and outside light. Understandably they dont work but what has happened is that the other half of the house (bedrooms, laundry, bathroom ect) dont have light.
