Dining room plan for CoA

We want to apply for a CoA from Waikato DC for a dining room extension and deck - the work is complete but was done before we bought the property (according to the LIM the deck had consent but not signoff; the dining room extension did not have consent). The Council has told me we need to submit plans of the finished work with our application so need someone qualified to do that for us. We're based in Franklin, midway between Pukekohe and Waiuku.
