Job description
A1 Property Maintenance Services Ltd offers Property Maintenance and Renovation. Job:1 We have removed a sectional garage door to carry out repairs of rotten timber frames. We have reinstalled the roller tracks and sectional door to best of our knowledge (as we are not garage door specialists). This was to secure the garage and property from rain and security purposes. We need a garage specialist to complete this job by mounting the motor, chain, spring, calibrate, etc. to make sure it is fully operational for our customer again. All parts are available on site which just needs to be installed. Photos 1 & 2. Job:2 We have another customer in Takanini with right hand broken garage door cable. They have managed to close the door but it's on a lean and it's been closed unevenly. We require someone to replace both cables, recalibrate door, realign door and adjust one roller that has come off the track, etc. To make it fully operational again. Photos 3-5. This needs to be done early next week also. Customer is currently working from home so anytime suits. We have a regular person that we regularly work with but he is unwell at the moment. Require best prices and someone available to carryout these jobs professionally, early next week. These jobs will be charged directly to A1 Property Maintenance and strictly no contacts will be shared with our customer while attending these jobs. Also hope we can work together with all our future jobs. Thank you.
