Floor board replacement

We need one (possibly two) floor boards replaced as per the pic below. If you can attached the carpet down to it afterwards and cut the excess carpet off that'd be great. Please let us know the costs all inclusive of labour/parts etc. Thanks

We have two second storey bedrooms with angled ceilings from our gabled roof. Under the eaves there are large cavities running the length of each room. Access to the cavities at the moment is through a small door at the end of each wall. We are keen to open up the walls in each room and install customs doors (maybe sliders or bifolds) to allow us easy access the full cavity. We are also keen to install a simple wardrobe system inside - at least some rails and drawers.
