Half of house light switches not working

WE have removed a wall in the house that had a light switch. The light switches was for the dining room light and outside light. Understandably they dont work but what has happened is that the other half of the house (bedrooms, laundry, bathroom ect) dont have light. The plugs still work on that side of the house but the light switches do not. We would also like to have a plug moved about two metres higher up the wall to accommodate TV going on wall. I need an honest fast working electrician with an affordable hourly rate.
