Help...again

I have a small bathroom that has been painted but to a very poor standard and the paint is now chipping off in areas and it is not to a finish standard. I’m really exhausted by this and I really just need it finished it would probably only need a little bit of prep work and a proper final coat. I had posted about this job previously and a family member tried to do it and has just left it worse than it was before. I don’t have a lot of money but I would really be interested in getting a quote from somebody
