Decking replacement

Hi there I have a deck in Takanini right near Bunnings that needs old pine boards all replaced. Attached photos taken in 2016 when it was stained. I am looking at the option of replacing the top level and the step. Then total removal of the lowest level that runs into the trees. Painting Gable Ends and window touchup 2 story house

We've had a new roof put on and the flashings are a different size to the old ones. We now have some bare wood and would like a price to paint all of the gable ends, half dozen from memory, 2nd story and ground floor. Mobile scaff would be required for front of house. Plus would like a price to fix up the front face of the house where we have a rotten weatherboard and the window/boards need attention (again on top floor road facing).

I need a hedge planted which is about 8meters long. The new hedge will go in between an existing hedge and a new deck. The drop from the deck is about 1mtr deep. Step lights (with motion sensor) stopped working

The four step lights in our residential house have stopped working last week. The power supply to the PDL --- transformer (from 2012) appears fine (tested). There is a bit of an "electric smell" on the transformer. Most likely either the transformer and/or the sensor unit itself is broken. PDL --- is obsolete since 2017; allegedly replaced by SE SAE_UE_MS_CSA.

Entrance Door + Frame replacement
