garage convert to bedroom

I have a BC that needs an LBP Builder to complete the works as per BC documents. I can supply the materials so just need a labor only licenced builder. We are converting our garage into a bedroom . Job description: remove existing garage door, build new frame work, insulate and clad, install new ranch slider for exterior wall a build new internal wall with door to separate the bedroom from rumpus room. Side walls will also need new framing to allow for extra insulation.
