"Thank you HB for the review glad you found our cost a 5. The schedule was a 3 as I was expected the next day in the arvo to come back and complete job however I had some no shows on another job which required me to stay back , I communicated back to HB for a reschedule for Friday as we were a few members short for our concrete job that is very costly if delayed."
