Investigate & replace rotted floorboard/s

we have had a water leak in our bathroom, at the bottom of the shower panel, where there was no sealant put along the bottom & corner, water has dripped down onto the floor tile, gone underneath, lifted the tile & rotted the floorboard, we have sorted the shower issue so just need the floorboard area looked at, removed & new one/s put in

Replace roller door 76 Spencer St

Remove existing roller door and replace with a new one, with power opening / closing and remote. The old one is splitting again. I repaired it twice but I don't think it will do it much good to weld it up a third time, Not urgent, any time in May should be good. Happy to consider another type of door if that makes more sense.

Decramastic Tile Repair

Hi guys, I need to have a section of tiles replaced on a roof. The roof is Decramastic tile. There is nothing wrong with the tiles but I painted some colour samples on which has filled in some of the grit and now you can see the patches with the new paint over the top. Tiles don't have to be new as they will be painted over but need to match the grit of the current roof. Thanks Kate. ---
