Decking replacement

Hi there I have a deck in Takanini right near Bunnings that needs old pine boards all replaced. Attached photos taken in 2016 when it was stained. I am looking at the option of replacing the top level and the step. Then total removal of the lowest level that runs into the trees. Looking at a product to last 15 years What is your hourly rate and roughly how much do you think this would cost? If you can give me an indication first, then we can look at getting a quote on site. I need to allow for removal of old wood too. Many thanks
