Hedge Planting

I need a hedge planted which is about 8meters long. The new hedge will go in between an existing hedge and a new deck. The drop from the deck is about 1mtr deep. The plants will need to go in this gap. See photo of house plans attached to this. I want Ficus Tuffy planted. The plants will more than likely need to be about 1.5 mtrs high. The property is tenanted currently. In the photo attached I have circled the area where I need the planting done. Thanks
