60m residential fence

Concrete Path Removal in Backyard

Concrete path removal in back yard. 9,000mm in length, 1150mm in width, 70mm in depth. Access issue - concrete stairs from footpath to side of house. Phoenix palm being removed week commencing 9 August. Needs to be done prior to then. House being replied commencing 3rd August. So in the latter part of that week would be good or over the weekend 1/2 August will be OK.

I would like to have an arch gola enclosed with aluminium doors and windows.

I have an arch gola attached to the eves of my house by metal posts. I would like to have this area made into a conservatory, not totally weather proof (some gaps)no permit will be needed. Concrete floor has a slight slope so it would be needed to be built up at one end. Seriously, would need an experienced tradesperson. Would possibly need tinted windows and aluminium to match house. (4 years old)

Shower liner replacement

Hi there, We need the shower liner and aqua line gib in our rental in Morrinsville replaced. Once it is removed we also need the wood and insulation behind it checked to see if there has been any water damage from the screws that were put in the shower liner by the last owners. If so then that wood and insulation may need to be replaced but won't know until you are in there. At the same time we would like the old school shower head and tap changed to a detachable shower head and mixer.

1. Window casement on ex state house needs replacing as it is buckled due to damp and would need to be replaced. Size is about --- D. Hinges are rusted and a little seized (see first pic) 2. Three top windows also need hinges replaces as they are also rusted and seized meaning the windows don't close properly. They are about --- D (see second pic) 3. One window is jammed shut and can't open and just needs to be opened and planed and sanded down

Our Fisher & Paykel washing machine won't power on after an unplanned power outage. I have tested the powerpoint with other appliances and it is not the issue. Also have unplugged machine from power for a few hours and still won't turn on when plugged back in. We need to provide our insurance company with documentation of the fault and a quote to fix so that we can proceed with the insurance claim. We will pay for this work.
