Hi, I want someone to look at a extractor fan in my bathroom. The bathroom backs on to an internal garage so there is no windows for ventilation. The fan at the moment appears to be doing little to help and is starting to damage the walls. I either want the current fan fixed or a new one installed. Cheers

Refurbishing wood panelling

Hi I have an older bungalow with wood panelling in the lounge area and all windows and door frames. It has like an old Shallack kind of stain which is patchy and in need of restoration. Removal of Wireless gear from site

Alpine Village in Queenstown is now closed and our offices are based from Christchurch, so we're looking for a one-off(with the possibility of future work if it came up) removal of our 4 of our Wireless Hotspots that were installed there Ladder will be required as the units are mounted on the side of the units. The job would require getting to the units, cutting the cable going to them and unscrewed from the walls. More information is available on request.

New Kitchen

We need all new kitchen joinery and a bench top (and the old joinery removed). Small (non load bearing) wall needs to be removed. Range hood to be installed and electrical plugs probably need to be moved. I want to put in a new sink (in same place and dishwasher next to it, minimal plumbing. Gas oven to go in.

i have all the resene colours chosen and plans are avail, the foundation is down and i am building with stonewood homes but i am contracting out the pinting, it is a 222m3 house with lineal on 40% of the outside. there are 3 main colours for the inside plus 1 for the architraves & doors, there are two colours for the outside one for the liniea and one for the front door and garage door these are all white based colours

Paint lounge and kitchen walls

the floor area of the lounge is --- and kitchen/dinging is --- - there are glass doors in the lounge and kitchen and lots of windows and the kitchen fixures so the actual kitchen area doesn't have much wall space to paint - the walls are currently painted and 2 walls of the lounge would need an undercoat b/c it is very dark green and the new paint colour is creamy.
