Engineers report

I need to have an engineers report completed regarding a formed opening made in the wall between my lounge and kitchen during our renovations last year. The council have asked I supply them with an engineers report to confirm that the structural integrity of this wall has not been affected by the formed opening. Please supply your hourly rate.
