Brick work

Works over signoff for WaterCare/CCC

Hi -- we need to get final works over sign off for a works over permit from Watercare from a certified engineer. We put a self-contained unit on an existing slab of concrete, on foundation piles (can share those plans). The Watercare pipe runs 1.5 metres diagonal below the surface. We didn't dig and didn't disturb the concrete around the pod. Now we need sign off -- initially Council did not require Works Over for the consent b/c we weren't digging or creating anything new. Extend door opening on left hand side of door frame

Land Title issue

We had a Versatile garage/sleepout built in 1999, we have recently found out that it is not actually on our land title. The garage/sleepout was consented by Auckland Council, I have spoken with them this morning to confirm this, which they did. I have contacted the Land Information NZ and said we need a surveyor. I have some of the original documents which may be of help, but not sure. This is a crossed Lease property.
