Concrete foundation check

Found a long crack in the garage concrete slab. The crack can be seen in the attached photos. The garage is attached to the house. We are concerned about potential causes (i.e. soil movement) and what this may mean for the structural integrity of the house. We would like to evaluate the damage and receive a quote for potential necessary repair works.

Structural Engineer Advice for Wall Removal

Need expert advice for removal of this wall. Had mixed opinions from different tradespeople about the structural integrity of this wall. Some say it’s load bearing, some say it’s not, some say it need a beam, some reckon itll need a post. Cement Balcony foundation crack

House built in 1972 has a cement balcony as photographed. Sagging in the middle, it had support cinder blocks put in 10 years ago. Soil subsistence during cyclone gabrielle has led to a large crack forming in the original foundation cinder wall on far right. Your mission is either to reinforce the original far right wall.
