Building consent needed for retaining wall, flood restoration work

We have a geotech report and retaining wall design which we want to change from soil nails to posts, we need someone that can start work immediately once quote is accepted and is reasonably priced for the engineering required, really they will have network which includes geotech engineers for the bore hole checks required. We really need the wall built before Winter24 and have a contractor ready to go. I will send the Geotech report with the designs there. This is remedial work from last years floods, it took ages for EQC to give us any money so we could make a start.
