Hi There, I am looking for structural engineer who will help me to assessment on Flitch Beam landing area and bathroom support related things highlighted in Building inspection. Scope: Flitch Beam: We need advice and details on landing area and related work as a part of out kitchen and living wall opening. Bathroom: Support system for 1 load bearer/support beam.
