Please provide design calculations for the corresponding tank and stormwater soakage. 2. Please provide an operations and maintenance plan for the soakage system and retention tanks. Sorry if you have been lead to this listing incorrectly but Builderscrack have no classification for Drainage Engineers - Proposal adds 19 m2 roof catchment to existing house which is currently using a redundant septic soakage field for stormwater disposal. we are adding 2x5,500l hybrid tanks as detention/retention to also supply wc cisterns and laundry. As consent has been lodged council request is needed reasonably promptly.
