basement room plasterboard

We have a basement room (approx. 4m x 3m) adjoining the garage space that has a concrete floor with partially lined walls. We would like all the walls and the ceiling completed with drywall / plasterboard (incl. some insulation to reduce dampness). The room has a structure for a door to the garage but no door. We would like a door hung in the room and also the insertion of a window in one of the existing walls to allow some natural light. We have the funds ready to go and would be keen to start the job asap
