Shower liner replacement

Hi there, We need the shower liner and aqua line gib in our rental in Morrinsville replaced. Once it is removed we also need the wood and insulation behind it checked to see if there has been any water damage from the screws that were put in the shower liner by the last owners. If so then that wood and insulation may need to be replaced but won't know until you are in there. At the same time we would like the old school shower head and tap changed to a detachable shower head and mixer.
