Fault report + quote for repair

Our Fisher & Paykel washing machine won't power on after an unplanned power outage. I have tested the powerpoint with other appliances and it is not the issue. Also have unplugged machine from power for a few hours and still won't turn on when plugged back in. We need to provide our insurance company with documentation of the fault and a quote to fix so that we can proceed with the insurance claim. We will pay for this work.
