External water pipe in washhouse leaking

We have a water pipe that is leaking water into our garden. Last time someone came around and tightened a bolt which fixed it but it's obviously come loose again. I tried tightening the bolt myself but couldn't. Would like to know if anything needs replacing so it doesn't happen again. Thanks :) Picture attached with area leaking circled in red.

Replace Round Corner Shower Frame

One of the glass panels have broken. I've been advised as the frame is not NZ made, it will be difficult to replace the glass only so whole frame needs replacing. Everything else is fine i.e. tray etc so just need the old frame taken off and new one purchased and put in.
