Three’s House Rules NZ: Re-Do Week

Spoiler Alert: Featured in this week’s semi-final was mother and daughter duo Char & Violet, newlyweds Jemma & Alvaro, and mum and dad of two, Martinique & Andre.

The teams were handed $5,000 to re-do their main bedroom and living area this week — so let’s see how they did!

This mother and daughter duo transformed their spaces from boho-beachy, to luxury-chic.

The re-do had next to no structural changes. As a result, Char & Violet were free to get creative, with unique lighting features, decor, bedding and furniture.

Jemma & Alvaro were able to elevate their home even further this week, infusing their original house rules into the space with Scandi rattan furniture and warm neutrals.

The re-do also included a larger sofa, a new headboard, additional lighting and wall features, and a fresh lick of paint to top it off.

This ex-stable got a second face lift in Martinique & Andre’s main bedroom and living area.

They brought harmony into their home by blending tranquil blue-greys with cosy beiges. Making the most of the space available, they upsized their sofa and added a savvy wardrobe fitting to the main bedroom.
