At Precision Built I offer a unique project management service to clients looking to build a new home or renovate an old one, and want the flexibility that a labour only contract offers, so whether it's a first home, forever home or just an investment you can be sure it will be built with pride and precision by qualified contractors and managed to a superior level.
My fee structure is very simple and transparent, every contractor / sub trade and material is supplied at COST through my suppliers who I have pre negotiated discounts and relationships with, and my fee is 10% of the total contract cost. So you will get an exceptional home at a fraction of the cost of a fixed price contract, and the flexibility to really make the home your own, I can also do a fixed price contract at competitive rates if that is required.
