We recently completed a bathroom renovation with Refresh Renovations - Onehunga at our home in Morningside, AUCKLAND. From start to finish, the team were knowledgeable, professional, communicative, reliable. The pre-construction planning with Nikki Dobbs was great, she listened and provided us with options, including a plan that outline payments and due dates based on milestones. Once we were in the build, I really appreciated the "no suprises" approach; each week, I'd get a summary of what had been completed and what to expect day by day the following week. Any issues were promptly resolved, by either Nikki or Darren (builder). It was obvious the team all understood their roles, communicated well with each other and us. The tradies were all such skilled craftspeople too. We are over the moon happy with our bathroom! I highly recommend them to anyone to do a renovation in Auckland! We recently completed a home(kitchen+living room) renovation with Refresh Renovations – Onehunga at our home in Parnell, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the result. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and reliable – exactly what you want when you're trusting someone with your home. But we want to give a very special mention to Nikki, our project manager. She was absolutely outstanding. Nikki visited regularly throughout the project and had a wonderful ability to step in at exactly the right moments – whether to offer expert advice, course-correct a decision, or simply reassure us when we needed it most. More than once, her guidance genuinely saved us from choices we would have regretted. We are so grateful for her care, expertise, and genuine investment in getting the result right for us. We just finished a bathroom renovation with Refresh Renovations and the results were amazing. We were incredibly impressed with the management of the whole project and how smoothly it went, from design to the finished bathroom. We definitely appreciated their help in designing and choosing from all the options. Jennifer was a lifesaver when it came to helping pick out tiles, colours, and fixtures. It took all the stress out of decision-making! The craftsmanship of the build matched the quality of the design. The finished bathroom looks great and has managed to incorporate what feels like a spacious and practical bathroom and laundry into a small space. 10/10 recommendation.
