Simon provided excellent service and good advice, gave clear communication about what he would do, and when he would do it. There quality of his workmanship was great and he was great to chat with, very willing to provide insightful advice and suggestions about how to solve some issues. It took him a few days to send me the pictures of the work that I asked for, but I think that was only because he hadn't quite realised which pictures I was asking for - perhaps I could have been clearer! :)
