Dear Sit/Madam,
We have been building regidential and renovating old ones for the last 10 years. While we specialise in major renovations and new builds, we also do smaller jobs from time to time. Great job – worked hard and delivered a fantastic deck. There was a slight delay due to an urgent job, but we were kept informed and weren’t in a rush, so it wasn’t an issue. Communication was mostly good – we did follow up a couple of times on timing. He was polite, friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to explain things, which made the process smooth and pleasant.
