Great job – worked hard and delivered a fantastic deck. There was a slight delay due to an urgent job, but we were kept informed and weren’t in a rush, so it wasn’t an issue. Communication was mostly good – we did follow up a couple of times on timing. He was polite, friendly, easy to talk to, and happy to explain things, which made the process smooth and pleasant.
