Almost never ever turned up when promised; a job that he said would take three days took almost three months. His workers ruined our shower liner, and he broke our porcelain double vanity and put the replacement in extremely poorly. He left the broken vanity for us to dispose of. Would not recommend at all!!

(Zero/10) The most horrible experience I had on builderscrack so far, I was quoted for the job based on 70% deposit & the job was never complete, job was supposed to be 3 working days, almost 40 days since the job started & still not finished yet, series of excuses and giving us wrong information on purpose. We were attacked personally on email communication calling us cheaters etc., shocking behavior on the personal and professional level. Zero/10. Totally not recommended.

Be very careful not to pay this guy any money until he has completed any work. He collected over 70% of charge upfront and never completed the work- he was to install a new toilet and vanity, replace an existing bathtub and in the process had to relocate an existing vanity. He installed the vanity 95%(now leaking at drain), installed toilet -working ok, disconnected existing vanity and never turned up to install bathtub and vanity. He charged to lay new drains didn't finish

I am elated with Sili Lao's work & quality of finish. He went above & beyond & exceeded our expectations. He came straight from his day job and worked til late, also working Saturdays. We didnt mind this arrangement as his quote was $10k cheaper than 5 others. He suggested huge cost savings if we purchased our own materials and he supply the labour and equipment. He stepped up as project manager co-ordinating the other tradie's & arranging council inspections as our builder was incompetent.
