I news Everest for a cross-lease section to be changed to sperate title they were a fantastic company to use. Everest worked through all the council requirements, kept me informed of any change. Arrange all sub-contractors that were required to complete the council requirements. I would highly recommend Everest Consultants for any project you may have. Five-star company. Chris and his team were very helpful in resolving a HRD issue with Auckland Council , this saved me money and extra hassle as he was correct in advising there was no requirement to carry out this survey to obtain my CCC.
