Need AEE for resource application

Started strong with Azman, a very capable planner. After he left, my project was handed to someone very new, who clocked significant hours with little progress. I don’t fault him, but management’s decision to assign such a complex job without proper oversight was poor. Overall: capable at the start, but weak management and poor resource allocation hurt the outcome.

I requested a quote for a resource consent and got a very quick response via phone to discuss the job. The Everest representative offered to contact Council and clarify if resource consent was actually needed. After providing some further information to Council the need for resource consent was waived. Everest were very professional and did not require payment for their assistance, saving me a lot of time and money. I fully endorse this company's helpfulness, professionalism and communication.
