Job description
I have applied for a COA for an already constructed deck. I now need to need to apply for a resource consent to address the points below. I am seeking a planning consultant to help prepare the resource consent application. a) An overland flow path is running through this site. The overland flow path catchment area is over 4000m2 to 1ha. Any buildings or other structures, including retaining walls (but excluding permitted fences and walls) located within or over an overland flow path are restricted discretionary activities under Table --- ). A land use consent is required. b) Please also confirm that no diversion of the OFP is required or the OFP entry and exit points will not be altered.

I requested a quote for a resource consent and got a very quick response via phone to discuss the job. The Everest representative offered to contact Council and clarify if resource consent was actually needed. After providing some further information to Council the need for resource consent was waived. Everest were very professional and did not require payment for their assistance, saving me a lot of time and money. I fully endorse this company's helpfulness, professionalism and communication.
