We have a 100 sqm industrial unit split between two floors. In 2003 we obtained building consent for a bathroom facility to be built upstairs. We received the permit from North Shore city council. Since then, we have line the walls, put in a kitchen and air conditioning unit. We also have consent installing a fire door downstairs and fire retardant gib board up the stairwell.
