Hi there , I am after a draughtsman to help me with a simple site plan for my relocatable house that will be transported to Dargaville. I have the building report , floor plans and elevation plans done up I am only after site plans to submit with my building consent. Can you please provide me a quote for this service.

Removal of load bearing wall

I want to get rid of a wall between the kitchen and the lounge. It is a load bearing wall. I am not sure what all is involved but will need consent, a beam in the roof(?) and part of the kitchen removed to do it. Would like to start by getting a quote before deciding whether it is worth it. Depending on cost I may also want to get rid of a second (load bearing) wall to open up the lounge further also. thanks

Kithchenette Add-on

I have granny flat attached to the main dwelling. It's has its only entrance, separate electricity and water metre. For renting purpose, I added a little kitchenette lately. Tried to get a property manager to rent it out for me but they said I will need to get a permit for the add-on. Resource Consent for a Garage

We are wanting to have a double garage built at the front of our property. We had a company visit to provide a quote and were told we will require resource consent. The only location for the garage (and where the concrete pad has been laid) will be within 5m of the front boundary. The garage will ideally be placed 1 to 1.5m from the front boundary. We would like to know an approximate cost before proceeding.
