Landscape plan

We live on a sloping section and want a plan for adding drainage, excavating and retaining the section to allow for a flat garden area to right of property. A flat carport area to left of house when retaining at back of carport to flatten out slightly and improved use of the front section that will comply with council requirement. Ideally we want to retain along the boundary at the front and change the driveway to come in from the right and slope across the front of the section and around to the garage and carport. I don't know what trades are required exactly to quote this.
