Resource and Building consent to convert commercial unit to residential

Have a small unit in a complex where downstairs are shops and upstairs are mostly residential. My unit is upstairs and is currently classed as commercial. I want to convert it to residential. Need someone to manage the process with the council and achieve both resource and building consent. I already have architectural plans.
