Site Plan and Submission for Awning Consent
Job description
We would like to add an awning over our ground deck via a custom kit from Flexiroof. Flexiroof is taking care of the installation. We need a draftsman (?) or someone experienced with the resource consent process to design site plans to submit for either a Resource Consent or a Deemed Permitted Boundary Activity Notice since it is within 1m of a side boundary. I have used the "Do I need a Consent Tool" and spoken with Auckland Council planning office and was advised only a Deemed Permitted Boundary Activity Notice would be required but would also like help if other obstacles arise during the consent process. If other obstacles arise during the process we naturally expect the price to increase as extra time may be required to resolve so perhaps an initial quote assuming just a Site Plan and the submission of the Deemed Permitted Boundary Activity Notice is all that is required and go from there?
