Extremely prompt service, both in response and arriving just before due time. Was very accomodating as the household got ready for work. Shakeel saved me money by identifying the tap was leaking rather than just replacing it saving me about $100 cost of the new tap. Then rang a few days later to confirm everything was working properly. Super impressed and would definately recommend!

Arranged to meet Shakeel on site, the night before he said he was too busy which is fair enough, so we rearranged for the following week. He didn't show up, all I got was an email from Builders Crack a couple of days later stating he had "dropped" the job, no call or text from him to explain. Very disappointing.
