We had a gutter leak, I described the issue and was looking for a professional plumbers advice and fixing. When the quote arrived I asked again if this would fix the problem, they said yes. They came and added a expander to fix the leak. After a few days the leak re-appeared, they then came back and took a proper look and said we need to take out and re-fix the gutters which is fine but they want to charge for their failure to diagnose on the first job. Their comms since have been non existet

Great job, very happy with the outcome and gave great advice on best way to approach what I needed without blowing the cost out. Only issue I had was around communication, advised they would come on a Friday and call before coming, then someone showed up the day before without calling.
