The job was good value for money but some of the grouting around the electrical plugs was poor with uneven gaps and the tiles were not all flush, i.e. the wall was a bit bowed in places but little effort was made to correct this by adding additional filler compound.

Tahi completed the job to a satisfactory standard. I would add however that I believe he misrepresented his ability to do the tiling job. I supplied many of the tools and he had to get someone else to get the job done. When I expressed my unhappiness with his ability his response was not at all professional. I think he will go on to be a good tiler and wish him well.

Was in regular contact and arranged for visit turning up slightly later than agreed but phoned to let us know. Was able to do the job immediately. Was thorough and completed the job well. Nice man. Will use again.
