Holistic House Design is a small architectural design company specialising in residential alterations & additions, as well as new builds.
In private practise for over 30 years, I provide a prompt, friendly, professional design service to homeowners, working hard to optimise the potential of your home and property in ways that maximise construction cost savings.
More than happy to work with you to help bring your ideas to fruition, I pride myself on great communication, keeping you informed of your options every step of the way, while bringing innovative, creative ideas together with a wealth of technical expertise and hands-on practical building experience to the completed design.
I handle all design aspects of the project from meeting with you to receive your brief through to concept design and working drawings until Building Consent is obtained ready for construction to begin. I handle all communications with Council and am also able to prepare Resource Consent applications if required under the District Scheme.
