Saracen Architecture is a small architectural design and drafting practice based in Christchurch.

I provide a complete design and drafting service for builders and private homeowners who value a designer that genuinely listens. My approach is straightforward and transparent—my first question is always “What is your budget?” and every design is carefully tailored to work within it, without compromise.

I bring creativity, flair, and practical innovation to each project, while delivering prompt, high-quality service and clear communication. I pride myself on being approachable and easy to work with, building strong relationships with everyone I engage with.

I believe in fair, honest pricing and a service built on trust. My focus is on delivering real value, and I only invoice once clients are completely satisfied with the outcome.

With over 32 years’ experience in architectural design, I hold Licensed Building Practitioner (Design) accreditation and have extensive experience in design for new homes and renovations. While I have an especial passion for designing energy-efficient, healthy homes, I offer my services across a full range of projects, budgets, and client needs.
