Looking for a licensed building practioner with design certification to complete the following: Provide a Certificate of Design for partial load bearing wall relocation of less than 1m. (Detailed scope of work has been prepared). • Construction drawings are required to show the fixing details of joist and bottom & top plates. • Provide bracing calculations. • The floor plan is required to show compliant smoke alarm locations.
