I've just finished renovating an old state house in Auckland, which involved plumbing, electrical, decking and fencing, I can also do retaining walls so I am very able to tackle any house related maintenance or new construction.

Small Tiling Job

Excellent workmanship, great communication and on schedule. A little disappointed we could not keep to the cost as quoted but Mark did try to minimise the extra cost. In the end the job cost us 20% more than expected but we got a newly tiled balcony for the extra cost instead of a patch up. We will definitely call Mark again when we next need his services. Thanks Mark.

First time having a bathroom redone & I trusted Mark to guide, deliver as quoted & he did not. The bathroom cost much more than he quoted, I found out he didn't know basic requirements & in the end I had to ask him to leave. I was left with issues & 2 years later I have to have work redone he messed up. Extremely disappointed & angry.
