We had some remedial work that needed to be done to the tiles around our pool area. We couldn't afford to have all the tiles that had cracks replaced, but Dan came up with a plan to fix the cracks. The whole area needed a good clean as well and after he'd finished with a good wash/waterblast, the end result was brilliant. He was fabulous to work with. Great communication. Our job took a bit longer than expected, but we were never left hanging on wondering when it would be finished. He clearly communicated with us. And I have to say he did go the extra mile.
