Tiling 2 decks at 116a Pah Road, Cockle Bay

Hi Daniel,

It's Robin here from 116a Pah Road in Cockle Bay. The job of tiling our decks can apparently be done by fixing the tiles directly to the waterproof membrane, as it's 'like for like' when it comes to how the decks were originally signed off.

With this is mind, can you please provide me a quote for laying tiles on both the upper and lower decks, being 4.5 square metres and 12.5 square metres.

I have been provided a price from the Tile Warehouse of $844 exc GST for VILLA STONE MILANO GREY IN-OUT (6VILMG-GW) --- - CERASIA.

Can you do better than this through the Tile Depot and your trade discount? They no longer need to to be the 20mm tiles, just standard depth in a light grey tile.

I'd like a price from you for the whole job: tiles, materials and labour.

If you can give me a really sharp price, we can award you the job this week and get going as soon as possible.
