My name is Samuel Rickard and I am the owner of Rickard Homes.
I have been renovating houses and building new homes for the past 12 years.
Originally from Gisborne, I moved to Christchurch two years ago to help rebuild an exciting, new city.
Since moving here, I have repaired and rebuilt numerous homes and have recently introduced our own, architectural home plans.
We are a developing company that specialise in new homes and renovations, yet will happily complete any job, however big or small.

Quality of the job was good however the tradesman did appear to be doing this job in his spare time which caused it to drag out a bit. Also it was agreed that the tradesman would remove all the broken concrete from the original driveway however more than a month has passed with no sign of him.
