About

Hi, I’m Brodie an LBP builder from north canterbury. I specialise in residential small/large renovations, decks/fences, cladding and new builds. I have joined builders crack to connect with more clients and to fill in gaps between current schedules. I come from an architectural building background and take pride in all of my work.

Motunau beach bathroom renovation

This project began with stripping out the existing shower unit, vanity and preparing the floor for a new shower tray. We then removed the gib from the walls. The plumber came and did a pre pipe, shower tray went down. The walls were lined with new gib and then we installed the shower liner. Later a new vanity was put in along with the shower panels being installed. During the process we eased the bathroom door to make it work better. This was a rewarding project and the clients were very happy with it.

Leithfield beach fence.

Removed the old half height fence and replaced with a new post and rail fence tidying up this back section’s driveway.

Mill rd Ohoka. (Falloon Builders)

This project is one that I’m very proud to share and be a part of. It was completed during my time working in architectural construction for Falloon Builders. This is a 520m2 home and is completely cladded in cedar shiplap weatherboards. Attached to the main building is a 100m2 utility shed cladded in cedar battens. Polished concrete floors. Floor to ceiling height windows and doors throughout the home.

Removed old front fence and installed a new post and rail fence along with a new sliding gate and foundation.
