About

We specialise in residential subdivisions- usually two to four lots, often where someone wants to build a new house on the back of their property. I work very closely with their architect to ensure the new house complies as far as possible and that all planning matters are taken care of, both for the proposed house and for the whole project. I have a 100% success rate for resource consent and subdivision applications. For a referral please call either Paul at Prime Design or Emma at GJ Gardners, Manukau.
